This beautiful pendant has a cow skull with feathers on the front, and a cactus/western landscape on the reverse. This pendant was designed, and inspired by our love of the American west.
The skull usually connotes death. For cows, it's widely known that they are gentle creatures and are patronized in some religions as the sustainer of energy.
The cow was essential for both native americans, and the pioneers that began to settle the west, forever making them a symbol of western culture. The cow skull is also a symbolic reminder of the harsh weather conditions in the western deserts.

The coin is about 3/4 inches in diameter, made in white bronze, and oxidized for contrast.
